General
The National Identity Protection Bureau LLC (NIPB) provides identity-monitoring services. The company assumes no responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of the information obtained through public records nor does it warrant that identity theft will not occur. NIPB provides information to monitor your identity and reduce your exposure. It is neither an insurance policy nor a guarantee.
National Identity Protection Bureau LLC reports are available only through the term of the subscription and will be immediately unavailable upon cancellation.
Credit reports, credit scores and debt analysis from TrueCredit will be available according to their terms and conditions which are currently for a period of 30 days, otherwise, products will be provided for the period stated in the product description.
OUR SITE, INCLUDING ALL CONTENT, PRODUCTS AND SERVICES MADE AVAILABLE ON OR ACCESSED THROUGH THIS SITE, IS PROVIDED TO YOU "AS IS". Registration and Accurate Information

Managerial measures include organizational processes that limit access and ensuring individuals with access do not use data for unauthorized purposes. Technical security measures to prevent unauthorized access include encryption in the transmission and storage of data, limits on access through passwords, storage of data on secure servers or computers not accessible by modem, and physical security by locating all servers in a high security environment housed in an underground facility.
Enforcement
NIPB takes data security very seriously; all privacy policies will be strictly enforced.
Distribution of Information
Information acquired by NIPB on behalf of a subscriber is for the express purpose of monitoring identity theft, therefore providing protection for the subscriber. The information acquired by NIPB will not be compromised; it is only for the express stated purpose of providing protection for subscribers.
Refund Policy
100% refund prior to generation of Profile Check Report. Monthly subscription auto billing cacelable by calling 1-888-326-5286.
Term and Termination; Modification This Agreement will take effect at the time you click "I Agree," and shall terminate (a) when either party gives notice of its intention to terminate to the other party hereto, to National Identity Protection Bureau LLC via the toll-free number set forth on the web site for cancellations, (b) upon termination of your subscription or (c) if National Identity Protection Bureau LLC discontinues providing any subscription, subject to your right to receive subscription benefits that you have paid for or to obtain a refund of a portion of your payment.
National Identity Protection Bureau LLC may (i) change the terms of this Agreement or the feature of the membership products, or (ii) change the Site, including eliminating or discontinuing any content or feature of the Site, restricting the hours of availability, or limiting the amount of use permitted, by posting notice of such modification on a page of the Site before the modification takes effect. All changes shall be effective immediately upon posting of such notice. If you use the Site and/or your membership after National Identity Protection Bureau LLC has notified you of a change in the Agreement you agree to be bound by all of the changes. You are expected to review the Site periodically to ensure familiarity with any posted notices of modification.

The laws applicable to the interpretation of these terms and conditions shall be the laws of the State of Washington, USA, and applicable federal law, without regard to any conflict of law provisions. National Identity Protection Bureau LLC can provide reports only for individuals who have established credit in the United States. Those who choose to access this Site from outside the United States do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws. You agree that any and all disputes arising under this Agreement or out of National Identity Protection Bureau LLC's provision of services to you, if submitted to a court of law, shall be submitted to the state and federal courts of Snohomish County, Washington, USA.
